What we collect and why

This website has no user accounts, comments or contact forms. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us — by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or by booking a consultation through Calendly. We use what you send us (for example your name, contact details, the date and details of your ceremony) to reply to you, to prepare and deliver your ceremony, and to keep the records we need to run the business, such as bookings and invoices.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, and meeting our legal obligations. For ceremonies such as funerals you may share sensitive information about the person being remembered; we only use this to write and deliver the ceremony.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not collect personal information such as your IP address for profiling. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare.

Booking consultations (Calendly)

Our contact page embeds a booking calendar from Calendly. When it loads, Calendly may set cookies and will process the details you enter to schedule your call. Please see Calendly’s own privacy policy for more information.

Links to other websites

We link to Instagram and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry emails and messages for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for the duration of our work together plus the period we need to keep financial records for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
